Over-Leveling And Drop Karma

Here's an idea for what to do with excess XP earned from items that have maxed out at level 30:

Convert the over-level XP into a separate bank of "Drop Karma".

The higher your Drop Karma is, the higher the chance that rare crafting items will drop. Picking up rare crafting items reduces Drop Karma.

Thus, farming with maxed-out equipment is made easier and will speed you towards crafting your next bit of equipment and it will encourage maxing out and using your equipment.
