[New Warframe Idea] Euentus - Anomaly Of The Void.

Euentus is an experimental orokin warframe that was exposed to unpredictable energy of the void and gained an ability to use that energy. However, being random and volatile, void energy often works in unexpected ways. It is a highly energetic warframe, so it has high shields, fast shield regeneration, short recharge delay and high energy capacity.

Abilities:

1.Volatile Strike - 25 Energy

"Euentus strikes the enemy with pure void energy, dealing random damage"

Targeted enemy receives between 10/20/30/40 and 300/600/900/1200 damage (both minimum and maximum damage is affected by power strength) of random element (including slash, puncture and impact) with 15%/30%/45%/60% chance for status effect (not affected by power strength). This ability chains onto 0/0/1/2 nearest enemies with damage and status chance halved.

 

2. Unpredictable Blast - 50 Energy

"Euentus channels void energy to release an energetic blast, each time curious of the results."

Releases a blast of void energy with 15 meters radius (affected by power range) that has 20%/40%/60%/80% chance (not affected by power strength) to restore 20%/40%/60%/80% (affected by power strength) of ally's maximum shields, capable of overcharging them and has 45%/90%/135%/180% chance (affected by power strength) to deal a random status effect (so for 180% chance, it deals one status effect and has 80% chance to deal another one).

- Impact: deals 25/50/75/100 impact damage (affected by power strength) and staggers the enemy. Damage stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Puncture: enemy deals 10%/20%/30%/40% less damage (not affected by power strength) for 4 seconds (affected by power duration). Duration of the effect stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Slash: enemy receives slash damage equal to 1.25%/2.5%/3.75%/5% of its maximum health per tick (affected by power strength) 6 ticks over 5 seconds (not affected by power duration). Bypasses shields, ignores armor and resistances. Damage stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Cold: enemy's movement speed and fire/attack rate are reduced by 20%/40%/60%/80% (not affected by power strength) for 4 seconds (affected by power duration). Duration stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Electricity: initial target receives 25/50/75/100 electric damage (affected by power strength) and is stunned for 3 seconds (affected by power duration). Additionally, all enemies within 6 meters (not affected by power range) from the initial target receive 50% of damage (percentage not affected by power strength) dealt to initial target. Damage and duration stack if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Heat: enemy receives heat damage equal to 1.25%/2.5%/3.75%/5% of its maximum health per tick (affected by power strength), 6 ticks over 5 seconds (not affected by power duration) and causes enemy to panic for duration. Duration stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Toxin: enemy receives poison damage equal to 1.25%/2.5%/3.75%/5% of its maximum health per tick (affected by power strength), 7 ticks over 6 seconds (not affected by power duration). Damage stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Blast: deals 12.5/25/37.5/50 blast damage (affected by power strength) and knocks the enemy down. Damage stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Corrosive: permanently reduces enemy armor by 5%/10%/15%/20% (affected by power strength). Armor reduction stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Gas: all enemies within 6 meters (not affected by power range) of the initial target receive gas damage equal to 1.25%/2.5%/3.75%/5% of their maximum health per tick (affected by power strength), 6 ticks over 5 seconds (not affected by power duration). Damage stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Magnetic: enemy's shields are reduced by 15%/30%/45%/60% (not affected by power strength) for 3 seconds (not affected by power duration). Additionally, it drains 10%/20%/30%/40% of enemy's energy (affected by power strength). Enemies with no shields will receive 12.5/25/37.5/50 magnetic damage (affected by power strength). Only damage dealt to enemies with no shields stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Radiation: enemy is confused for 6 seconds (affected by power duration). Duration stacks if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

- Viral: enemy's maximum health is reduced by 15%/30%/45%/60% (not affected by power strength) for 3 seconds (affected by power duration). Does not stack if dealt multiple times on the same enemy.

 

3. Energy Form - 75 Energy

"Euentus turns his body into pure void energy."

Euentus has 10%/20%/30%/40% chance to avoid incoming damage (affected by power strength) and 7.5%/15%/22.5%/30% chance (affected by power strength) to reflect damage to the attacker (damage can only be reflected when it has been successfully avoided). Lasts 5/10/15/20 seconds (affected by power duration). All allies have 5%/10%/15%/20% chance (affected by power strength) to avoid incoming damage for the same duration.

 

4. Energy Surge - 100 Energy

"Euentus casts void energy into allied weapons and frames, causing them to become as unpredictable as void energy itself."

All allied attacks and abilities deal between 80%/70%/60%/50% (inversely affected by half of the power strength modifier) and 200%/300%/400%/500% (affected by power strength) of their normal damage, which lasts for 30 seconds (affected by power duration). Additionally every hit has a 25%/50%/75%/100% chance (not affected by power strength) to deal random status effect (this does not replace weapon's/ability's chance to cause status effect, this ability gives a chance for additional status effect on every hit). Effect works on allies with full magnitude and duration of 15 seconds (affected by power duration).
