Mission Credit Bonuses Redisign

As mission bonuses work now, any mission, REGARDLESS OF DIFFICULTY, has exactly the same reward:

-1000 base credits

- +100 per teammate

The fact that this reward scheme is the same between there very first mission, rated level 1, and the first pluto mission, rated 35-50, means that there's no reason at all to do missions in Pluto (or similarly higher level areas) except for boss farming or resource farming.

In fact, the best way to make money in this game currently is to do a blitz run of Captain Vor, the Mercury boss, and then sell the Chronus blueprint for the extra 2500 credits, which is a really boring way to try to make money. Considering that you need a lot of money in this game (blueprints, fusion, crafting, purchases), there should be a means for higher level players to more easily make money.

So here is my idea:

- Base credit bonus changed to 100

- Credits are added based on the lowest level rating of that mission:

-(mission level * 100) + base credit bonus

- +100 per teammate (same as before)

This means that Apollodorus (Mercury, just after Captain Vor mission) will have a mission bonus of 100 + (2 * 100) = 300 credits (solo), but at E-Prime (Earth, first mission) the bonus will be 1600 (solo) and at Acheron (Pluto, first mission) the bonus will be 3600 credits (solo).

At lower levels, the bonus will be rather low, yes. But at lower levels, people should be focusing more on getting their bearings and leveling up their weapons. There's nothing people at a lower levels should need to spend money on. That money should be spent later on when trying out different weapons from the stock weapons (such as making the Chronus acquired Vor) and fusing mods. At later levels, players will be trying to build extremely expensive items such as sentinels, new Warframes, and high level mods. At higher levels, some mods can cost well over 20,000 credits to upgrade a mod by a single level. Doing 15 or so missions just to be able to upgrade a single mod takes painfully long (of course, Vor blitz runs will be much faster, but also boring and very repetitive).

I feel that this design is much better for the meta game as a whole.
