It would... for some of us who can actually render that, majority of other people playing warframe with intel HD graphics and 32bit OS on their laptops wouldn't see the difference, or just complain about the crappy performance.

Which is why practically every pc game in existence has video settings you can change.

Depends on how the game is built. I know some types of DX9 can be converted over to DX10. But then again, I dont personally know how the game was built on DX9.

 

So the option could actually be there.

Kinda makes me think of Ubisoft and them nerfing Watch_Dogs whe it comes to a graphical capabilities of the DX11 engine, all it took was a modder to REALLY make the game shine, I bet they could work something out.

I remember editing some .INI files for the original Crysis and having the DX10 features in the game when I was running Windows XP. 

Back in the good days of GTX 260 Core 216 GPUs...
