I like a honeycomb design personally. Maybe wasps nest. Like the dojo is the nest and we're the wasps.

@Atlas I've thought of a Hexagon Pattern (beehive pattern) but some high up ranked member of the clan (can't remember who) said that he didn't want a beehive Emblem.

But as you can see from the pictures I've posted, our original Clan Logo is Hexagon shaped, we kind of already have a Hexagon shape in our Emblem ;)

Also pictures that we're going to use must NOT be too rich in detail because it won't look good as a small Emblem and it's going to be harder to work with ^_^

I kinda want it to look futuristicy sci fi circuity. its hard to explain but like an electrical network or something.

I just thought of something. We could place a circuit design on the green color behind the brain.

I'll try and work something out once I get home and have some free time on my hands ;)

Found a pretty nice circuit design. I believe it's not under copyright, so we should be safe ;D

Im not a fan of making it a straight beehive, but a honeycomb patter would work.

 

I just thought of something. We could place a circuit design on the green color behind the brain.

We could use photoshop to change these or make them simpler if someone had it.

I dont have Photoshop so if you could work out something cool with a neurotransmitter and then post it here, that would be nice.

The only photo editing programs I got is the one I named in the post with the Emblems, MS-Paint and Paint.Net (or whatever it's called )

Far from good, but thought I'd contribute something. I do think having the background transparent is the way to go though.

 

BTW they look a bit better if you click on 'em, and see 'em that way. Against the forum background they look particularly bad.

The Sphere-type thing from Demonic is good. When I was picturing something, that was close to what I was thinking about, I just have zero drawing capabilities. Even if we don't add a brain inside, it looks good, just the idea of everything being connected is conveyed.

For a Clan Emblem I was kind of thinking of a Zerg inspired thing since they used to have a hivemind thing going. Please note that I am an abysmal artist. so nothing I draw will look good. Yes, I did this in paint, because I draw even more poorly and I do not have any Photoshop esque programs.

Just came home from a busy weekend. If I can stay awake in front of my computer, then I'll continue working on the Emblem.. I'll try and implement the ideas suggested here. But keep in mind that it's going to be on what I've already worked with (will scale it down to 128x128)

The website I used to make these said that they background was transparent... but I can see now that it isn't..

If one of these ends up being the Emblem we use, then can someone make the right cut can resize PLUS make sure the background is transparent??
