Wrecking Rhino Pack?

I was checking out the bundles in the market and there is a "Wrecking Rhino Pack" on sell. The description says that It unlocks Rhino and his gear. Does that mean that if I buy It I just get Rhino's blueprint or do I unlock the complete Warframe, even if I'm not level 2?

You will unlock rhino, his alt helmet, his signature primary weapon, side arm, and melee, also credit and affinity boosters.
