IronSight Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 Potentially related, a lot of ISPs block outgoing tcp port 6667 (irc). (As an aside, the legitimate reason for this is a lot of botnets use irc as a control channel, but the reality is the block is pretty futile.) I don't know how smart the warframe client is, but it should try to fall back to a different port and potentially use SSL to prevent layer 7 irc filtering.
