Active Warframe Glow effect

Anyone remember first playing the game and starting the tutorial with Excalibur? remember your frames' red decal suddenly lighting up vibrant blue temporarily? I would love for that to be an active effect on the Warframes because it just looks so awesome. I was a bit saddened by the fact that it only happened that one time. it wouldn't need to be constant. it could be like a pulsating thing(i.e. every so often the secondary designs on a warframe would pulse with light).

It would badass to see my frames Excal and Ember sitting in meditation on the main screen and planet selection screen and their suit pulse occasionally. it makes it somehow seems as though they are resting;like the pulsing colors represent vitality. It would make sense i suppose. perhapsit could have a color option as well or just be represented by one color differently for each Warframe(i.e. Excals, lining, Volts electricity, Mags face glass). But anywho, what do you guys and girls think?
