Enemy Has No Stumble-Response To Melee.

Occasionally (usually after some sort of acrobatic maneuver) an enemy will not "stumble" in response to a melee attack. Not a big problem in any way, but it affects a players ability to chain to a charge attack. A.K.A. causing your target to stumble so you have time to charge and, well, slice them in half. Does not affect gameplay in a big way, minor glitch.

inb4 the target takes the damage from melee but does not stumble, so it's not that I'm missing the target.

this is especially a problem with the Bo Staff, since that is the whole thing going for it. I have noticed that some enemies like infested ancients simply don't stagger to that weapon at all. (yet sometimes stagger to bladed weapons, not sure on that one) and frankly enemies that don't stagger when you hit them in melee are frustrating when every melee hit with a rifle butt staggers you.
