Twin Vipers Creation In Foundry

There is an issue when trying to build them in the foundry. It will not let you select both vipers, just one or the other, I know you need two of them, and I do, and I have all of the required components, all is in the green. And when you try to build, it will say that you do not have all of the required components, even though you do have them. Am I missing something or is the blueprint not correct in some way? Do they both need to be at rank 30? Do they both need catalysts? I put a catalyst in the unranked one, and that made no difference, so hopefully somebody can take a look at this.

If its your last  pistol you can't build it because it would leave your sidearm slot empty. Dunno if that helps.

If that is the case buy a Lato while you craft it.
