Switch Teleport Mod

I've been doing Xini defence missions for the longest and I've still had no mod dropping the skill while I pretty much had every other skill for every warframe drop at this point, anyone been lucky enough to get it from a mod, if so, where did you find yours?

Why do you need it? It comes default with loki, just rank it up with fusion cores.

I sold it when I first started the game to save up on credit, have been trying to find another one ever since. :(
