Are Puncture Mods Ever Going To Get A Buff?

according to the warframe wiki, they do good with the paris

the paris "punctures" anyways as you can kill several enemies in a row as long as you overkill the first one. The arrow keeps on flying including the body it's piercing and kills the next enemy on its flight.

 

The values of puncture are ok. That prevents it from being imbalanced. But it's too expensive for its use. You have to sacrifice a lot of dps in order to get puncture in your build.

my suggestion: 0.5m - 1m - 1.5m - 2.0m

 

or

0.25 - 0.5 - 0.75 - 1 - 1.25 but than energy cost should be much lower, maybe 4,5,6,7,8

 that puncture is due to flying bodies, not the arrow itself, but if you need to shoot past a dead body in mid air, or past other players that are in your face, use the puncture mod.. otherwise you can shoot through dead bodys/other players
