Revive Teleportation?

Uh okay. This is the worse bug or glitch I've ever seen. Me and the prisoner got on an elevator followed by a hoard of infested. While the elevator was moving down, i died. When I used a revive, it teleported me all the way back to where i had started the mission. This in turn got the prisoner killed, which caused a failed mission.

 

I have two things to say about this:

 

1. This is a horrible bug or glitch that needs attention

 

2. Its because of problems like this that the "lose everything on failing a mission" is a bad idea at this point.

 

 

(This post is meant to point out the glitch or bug that occupied. While I do approve of the "lose everything on fail", i think its been implemented to soon due to the fact that quite a few mission have bugs that occur that render them incomplete-able. I can give you a number of example scenarios.)
