Jenrick
Use the current keybind for melee (default "e") to activate the melee weapon as the primary weapon. Use the current keybind for weapon swapping (default "f") to switch between primary/secondary and melee/range. LMB/RMB function as attack/block for melee. The only downside is that the player losses the instant melee attack we have currently, requiring them to transition to the melee weapon and then attack. Not a huge deal, but might change some people play styles a little. Some examples: Active melee, attack, switch back to range weapon, cycle to different range weapon: e, LMB, f, f attack, active melee, attack, switch back to range weapon, attack: LMB, e, LMB, f, e Would be pretty fast and simple to work with, and should require a minimum amount of relearning for most people to utilize effectively. On the grab issue, I'd say only allow it from the same arc that sneak attacks are currently allowed in. The enemy is held for several seconds and the player can drag them along as a shield, melee for an instant kill, or release them staggered. -Jenrick
