He'd be tanky like Frost and Rhino with a focus on munitions.Name: Arbiter1)Arm Blast - Shoots Kinetic energy(armor piercing) from the hands doing single target damage to an enemy.2)Laser Targeting - Targets single enemy, increasing damage teammates do to targeted enemy by +%25/%50/%753)Radial Barrage - Arbiter activates rotating laser at his belt buckle searing enemies in a 360 degree arc.4)Omni drop - re-supplies +%25/+%50/+%75 of maximum ammo(every weapon) for entire squad.(2 minute Cooldown)DE if you think its a good enough idea to put it into Warframe I'd be super honored to see an idea come to life.
