Amber (Warframe Idea)

Bleed is a burst ability Warframe. Incredibly fragile under her shields, she has a variety of skills that help her deal large damage, but often at great risk. A very risky frame to use.

1-Anger (25)-Bleed increases her damage dealt by 10/30/40/50% and damage received by 60/50/40/30% for 8/10/12/15 seconds.

 

2-Happy Face (50)-Bleed doubles her current shields, max shields, and shield recharge rate for 5/10/15/20 seconds, but also takes a total of 40 health damage over that time. (8/4/2.33.../2 damage per second)

 

3-Outburst (50)-Her next attack of any kind (except her Ult) deals an extra 400/500/600/700% damage, but decreases her damage dealt by 30% for the next 16/12/8/4 seconds.

 

4-Break (100)-A moderate range AoE attack that deals 5000 damage, fully restores Bleed's shields and lowers her health to one (kills her if she only has one health point left). She is then stunned for 5/4/3/2 seconds and has her damage halved for 40/35/30/25 seconds.

 

Bleed is very powerful in bursts. Anger Makes her far more deadly, but more likely to die. Happy Face makes her temporarily unbeatable in shield tanking, but at the cost of her own very small reserve of hitpoints. Ourburst lets her one shot just about any non boss unit (should be used with one shot weapons or melee charge attacks) but then makes her weaker for a time. Break would be the single most powerful Ult in the game, but leaves her totally vulnerable for a small period time, vastly weakened for a longer period, and on the brink of death.

Sounds just a little on the OP side of balance, but could be fun to play a health-for-power caster type. The name needs to change though, Ember and Amber? Half the time no one would know which people were talking about (not typing about). Maybe call her Bleed (she could be the first warframe that is named as a verb rather than a noun, could open interesting new possibilities).

Good idea, though the name actually was made due to something personal. Do you know how to adjust the title of the thread?

And if you can suggest where you think the nerfs would be appropriate, I'd be glad to know. But I'd prefer to focus on more self harm and less weak attacks.
