But whilst charging around ala solo on the never ending quest for Rubedo and Alloy Plates I thought:

 

Artifact: loot magnet.

 

Increases the rate or quantity of resource drops in a level... Perhaps at a % reduction on a warframes stats...

 

Alert mission rewards:

 

Could we perhaps have a bulk quantity of a uncommon/rare resource as an alert mission reward a couple of times a day?

No. Soon a mod which grants the ability to open red lockers. That'll do. Until they've created a new endgame they'd be stupid to kill the current one.
