Mutalist Mod Pack Not Awarded

I saw a topic of this just a little bit ago, but I can't seem to find it now. I just wanted to say I am also missing the Mod Pack.

This is a screen shot I took to show that my team mates and I went over the 30 minutes required for the mod pack, but when I checked the Alert, it still said 0 points for my personal best, and I also did not have the Mods. I am not sure, however, if my allies got it or not.

 

If I need to post another screenshot more info, please let me know. It is just frustrating that we managed to get over 30 minutes, yet I did not get the main purpose for doing this survival mission. I did get everything else I was supposed to, however. So, it isn't a case of nothing being awarded at least.

 

If it makes a difference, I was not alive at the time, since I was a squishy Trinity, as you can see in the screenshot. I don't think that would make a difference, but just in case.

If you're not alive when the mission ends, you don't get the mods.

 

It's flipping stupid, i know.

Happened to me during the Cicero Crisis. Just file a support ticket and everything should be sorted out.

Thanks for the link to support. Didn't even think to do that. Been a while since I have last had to do something like this.
