Scaled Rushing

Why does my crafting warframe still take 50 platinum to rush after I've waited two days and twenty three hours? I'd think it would be nice if the cost of rushing reflected the remaining time and not be just a flat number stapled to the crafting action. It'd sure give me a use for this remaining 5 platinum just chilling in my inventory.

This is something that I have wondered about, myself. Although, I do not use platinum because I am a hobo with a computer it is illogical to have to pay the same for all times.
