I'd submit a ticket.Only idea I have to share is for you to maybe try logging out of anything steam related.clear your browser history, so there are no associations with steam at all. Then click buy now again.No idea if that would work it's not a very technical solution but all I can suggest.Hope it works sorry I can't help more.Cheers.
