Vaubans' Vortex Is Really Working?

well, from what i've been experiencing the last few days, with new infestation population, is that moas and sometimes ancient, also leaper and charger ...almost everything is able to active power / do attacks / moves away from the vortex

...i was doing Siemeni Ceres darksector, and i saw a charger to get out of the vortex

...the moa is able to produce its shots from within the vortex

...on the same mission, an ancient just hooked me from within the vortex

...a leaper was able to reach my face, despite being in the vortex

maybe they buffed the disrupter's aura that repellents cc? 

i hate this ideology of DE that "if a faction isn't hard enough we just need to make them as unfair and stupidly annoying as possible"

both grineer and infested follow that and the corpus are on the way too, constant CC, not giving a damn about tenno abilities, skipping shields, being either ridiculously durable or simply having 200 enemies that put an aura that makes you invulnerable? give me a break, the factions keep getting more and more annoying and strong, and not for good reasons

Idk, am not a Vauban user, but a friend asked to play it in ODD. Well I can say it was not pretty. 3 vortex and bastilles didn't do squat. We're getting damage from all directions. Didn't observe enemies doing stuff inside the vortex, was to busy not getting killed.
