Does Archwing Difficulty Scale With Conclave Rating?

I've heard this time and time again, but I can't find anything that confirms it. I've tested it and it SEEMS to be true, but I'm not sure if the fact that I want it to be true if effecting my opinion. Can anyone confirm or deny this with sauce?

Nope. If you go in Uranus with Unranked archwings the game will not give a fine f*** about your conclave.

Also, I'm referring to overall conclave rating. Obviously you're not going to want to bring an unranked Odonata to my anus

I thought so at first and used to have a separate minimized loadout for AW missions, but since the frames' stats don't have an impact on the archwings' I started using my regular loadouts and didn't notice any difference.
