Happy New Year To My Tenno- Written Stuff-

so i couldn't get any art done, well any that i liked for some new year tenno art,

just wasn't happy with any of what i did so i just wrote a thing.

 

note- this isnt a happy sunshine filled new year written thing,

its tenno thing,

tenno live hard lives.

 

 

 

 

 

once we slept

now awake, we find the worlds different from what we left


our blades are sharp, our fury without limit,
we flow back and forth a midst the chaos of war,
gunfire echo's all around us,
the battle wages on ,
eternal.

our aim must be true,
we cannot afford to fail.

though many of us may fall,
each of us they take,
will cost them thousands.

their numbers are endless

our skill is legendary,

they think us weak for clinging to the old ways.

it is all we have in this new age,
where worlds burn bright in greed, lust and deception,
power moves nations,
innocents suffer
and our mind seem broken,

our past lingers on the fringe, mere shadows of whispers,
hinting,
taunting,
haunting us, with every second we remain awake,
we crave the deep sleep of silence,

it is a torture we chose to endure,
for the system is on the fringe of falling to far to ever rise again,

so we remain,

we are few
they are many,

they have armies endless
we have only each other, with our backs to the wall

squads of four stand strong against armies several hundred thousand strong,
they are a horde of greed, power and without mercy,
were are four,
brave,honorable and with will like iron.

grinneer will not break us,
corpus shall not shake us
infested shall not overtake us

by the sword alone if we must,
lotus watch over us
as dive into this hell of life
full of endless strife, agony, loss and regret,
till the blood stained memories are we have left,

till all that can saved is salvaged,

till we fall from all the wounds,
those we collect now and the those that through deep sleep still remained.
