How Are Slash Dash And Rhino Charge Damage Calculated?

How are Slash Dash and Rhino Charge damage calculated?

 

Is it warframe based, melee based, or skill based?

 

Slash Dash being melee based just seems to make sense and Rhino Charge warframe based seems to make sense but does anybody know how they are calculated?

think its fixed damage from the skill rank. Focus mod should add the damage.

Fixed damage + focus is correct, it can actually even headshot if you get lucky, it is however mitigated by armor AFAIK.
