Hosting Issues

Hello there, i write this post for to ask if it is possible to insert a feature which could lock/avoid people to connect to hosts with bad upload and/or coming from other regions; i can't host myself since i would be bad but my connection is good for to join, but it pisses me of when i join a superlagged game and then having hosts from like near mozambico (which happened once for real,  and i should be in west eu), or with bad connections since it means for me to not being able to play online (since i could only join games), just solo :).
