What if the Braton Vandal's base damage was boosted to 21 so it fits its official description of having 'higher damage' values than the Braton? Bratons have more dps anyway, and that's how it's meant to be right? The Vandal was supposed to be some kind of more practical, accurate, ammo and mod-efficient weapon with a higher critical chance but lower dps, right?(Unless I am very mistaken) And to not let Burston users whip themselves with their own gun anymore, boost the Burston's base damage to 22-23 to compensate for its extremely low dps?(let's face it, the accuracy buff when firing from the hip is not a buff, more like a fix)

 

Will such a move make Latron, Grakata, Boltor and Gorgon users feel upset? What should be done for these weapons then? Because it seems that in this game, if you buff/nerf one weapon, users of every other weapon in the Tenno arsenal believes that they are affected.

 

Should 'balancing' for weapons be done for one weapon at a time? Would an update that aims to properly balance all the weapons at once cause less whining?(but not stop it completely)
