Miscalculation In My Platinum Purchase And Item Disappearance.

I had 1050 platinum and when I bought scorpion mask for ashe and orokin reactor, i should have 955 platinum but instead i now have 935 and my orokin reactor disappeared. It's telling me that I don't have it. I've looked everywhere including inventory to make sure but i can't seem to find it. Please reverse my transaction or correct my platinum purchase and my rights to have the item that i've purchased.
