Environmentally Sized Bosses

The bosses in Warframe are fairly redundant so far, most are a recolored form of an enemy we frequently fight with huge stats. 

 

I saw a post about new enemies like vehicles that Grineer can ride in open planetary missions and such, but I was thinking it would be fairly interesting to have bosses for missions that are actually built into the environment. 

 

I'm sure most people know what I mean from other games, for example an infested Hive Queen in a nest, or a corpus AI Brain/Mother/Computer of some sort that fights using weapons built into the environment, each of which can spawn smaller units.

 

Corpus brain could be the one that oversees a factory that produces the weapons/robots? Hive Queen produces the "virus" and feeds on flesh that her minions bring her? Whatever the backstory could be, it would be interesting to infiltrate a homebase of some sort and take down a boss the size of the environment.
