tveeggad
I usually do Lephantis. Seems most reliable at the moment.
Jeetza
Akkad, Eris is a good spot to farm XP at and get Neurodes on the side. I rarely run out of neurodes because I farm all my XP on Akkad.

Honorbridge
The key to farming any resource is killing massive amounts of enemies quickly. Lower level enemies die faster than higher level ones, so go to the lowest level planet that drops what you are looking for (in the case of Neurodes, Earth). The endless mission types (Survival, Excavation, Defense) often send more enemies at you faster than the objective focused ones (like Spy, Capture, or Rescue), but endless mission enemies also scale up as the mission progresses, so be aware of that. Last night I needed Neurodes myself and played Cambria on Earth, an Excavation type. As long as you save the first excavator so you can leave, it's not imperative to save any of the others, but they do need to drop for enemies to keep coming. This next tip doesn't work on Earth, as it has no alarms (that I'm aware of), but another option is do a mission like capture, grab the objective, let them set off the alarm, and move back and forth across the map killing the enemies you find. TL:DR - I use Cambria Earth for my Neurode farming.
