Vox Ex Nox (VEN) is Latin - translating to Voice of the Night.

 

VEN is proactively recruiting Tenno who, in real life, have an affiliation with the United States Military.

 

Why Military?

 

      Military members, veterans, spouses, brats, and patriots have a common ground on which to stand. This ‘common ground’ allows a Clan to quickly move through the ‘Forming and Storming’ phase of teamwork.

 

      Think of your VEN Clan Mates as brothers, sisters, and friends. As President Lincoln perfectly explained, “I am a success today because I had a friend who believed in me and I didn’t have the heart to let him down.”

 

      Our view of teamwork also utilizes a rather paradoxical approach to leadership. Our motto, when it comes to our clan mates, is “You First, Your Leaders Second”. You read that right. You, a new recruit, are more important than our Warlord or any officer. The people who make VEN into a great place to be are people like you, and it is the goal of VEN’s leadership to practice appreciation of our members in everything we do.

            If you’ve read this far and would like some nuts-n-bolts info on VEN, here you go:

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.      Casual, no required levels, contributions, etc. We do, however, prefer Warframe fanatics – we love the game, and we want our clan to love it too!

 

2.      Dojo is fully built – all labs, duel, obstacle course, etc. available for all members.

 

3.      Paramilitary Structure (if you’re not familiar with that, we can teach you)

 

4.      Not a role-playing guild, but still formalized at times. This means highly active members will have an opportunity to push major changes through the clan and develop a sense of ownership.

 

5.      Zero tolerance for rudeness. Vulgarity is not a requirement of rudeness – we do not tolerate mean people, period.

 

6.      The word NOOB is usable in an endearing sense, but all members are expected to help newer Tenno learn the ropes.

 

7.      DE’s policy of no Dev Bashing is strictly enforced as well.

 

8.      Presently, there is a loose promotion system which will find concreteness as we play around with our rank system.

 

9.      We have support for Tenno who’ve been missing due to PCS, Deployment, TDY, etc.
