Sharez Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 as the topic name sad i want to know the usual tiem to wait not for be answered but at least for being assigned to a support agent,it's been 4 days since i writied a ticket and it's still on wait for assignment to a support agent :(. I can understand that is not easy to resolve all the ticket on a game that is still on beta with so much bug that still need a fix,but 4 day for an assignment seems to long.By myself i was a gm/support agent for the alaplaya/burdaic team and we never made an user wait soo long without even watching the ticket :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
