Double Reload For Secondary Weapons

I've noticed that secondary weapons have a tendency to go through the reload TWICE, and this really is an issue that's persisted since I started playing a few months ago. 

 

I don't really care much since I hardly have to use my lex, but during intel missions it becomes really annoying since the reload takes time, and going through it twice at any go is really, really tedious.

 

Will there be any fix for this soon?

I know the glaive will trigger a 2nd reload if it returns and interrupts when you are reloading on any weapon but I don't know of any other double reloads.

Are you sure you're not just interrupting it before it finishes the first time? The following things can interrupt reloads (along with other things):

-Getting staggered/knocked down

-Falling for a certain distance (not entirely sure how far this is though)

-Blocking

-Swapping weapons

-Rolling

 

Unless you're standing completely still with no enemies around, it's likely that you're actually interrupting your reload accidentally.

I have this sometimes as well. it's sometimes even 3 or 4 reloads before it works. I most often have this with dual vipers do reload is like 1 sec anyway but it happens when I'm sprinting and reload or reload and then start sprinting
