Selectable Multi-Option Challenges

I'm reminded of Ghost Recon Online, where you have your own personall challenges but at the same time you are also Fireteam challenges. And the game always lets you pick between 2 or 3, with varied rewards for each.

I think this is a concept this game could take a lot from.

Just imagine if while on the map (before picking a mission) you could pick a Tenno Challenge and a Squad Challenge, The game gives you 3 options for each, and each option has it's own reward. The Tenno challenge will give you a bonus if completed, the squad challenge will give your squad a bonus at the end of the mission if completed.

these don't have to revolutionize the game or change much of anything... but they allow players to change the pace and be rewarded for it. It breaks the tedium and allows players to challenge themselves.

So you might want to challenge your tenno to go through a mission without getting killed once and this could give you a Bonus warframe XP, at the same time, you might want to challenge your whole squad into getting 80 melee kills total by the end of the mission, which would give everyone a common random module at the end of a mission.

Mind you that, by having 4 players, each player has it's own individual challenges, but there are also 4 challenges for the entire squad at any one time. Which means, by completing everything, you get a hefty reward regardless of what challenges are picked. Just the sheer combination of challenges makes it more vivid and unique each gameplay session as it can even get a bit competitive when challenges collide and interfere with one another, or even better when you join a mission and you see that others picked the same challenge as you for the team, which allows team effort to produce eve bigger rewards.

It's the little details, the little surprises here and there, that allow for players to mix and match their gameplay experience and innovate, having fun. It doesn't have to be big things...  but a player that managed to score +10k credits +500xp to his main weapon and a pair of modules ON TOP of everything he found on the level, because he applied himself to beat 5 challenges in a single mission? That's awesome. And makes the player feel awesome.
