Weapon Suggestion : Fist + Hand Crossbow?

What if there was a melee weapon which acts like a fist weapon with low damage fast attack and stuff, but with a charge attack that shoots a small crossbow bolt that has to be reloaded after every shot? The shot will be lower damage but it will not alert other enemies when used.

Dunno why but your idea made me think of it as the bolt/projectile as being explosive XD of course, no splash  just dmg to the target itself, but not limited to being a low dmg attack...I wouldn't mind seeing something like it though : o
