Disapearing Mods

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but there have been a few times I've noticed mods and orbs disappearing.  At first I thought maybe the orbs did that and they were on some type of timer but it started happening with mods too.  Sometimes within a few seconds of them dropping.  It's happened to me in various mission types.  Has anyone else had this problem?  It seems to be happening a lot more frequently than when I first noticed it.

i didnt see that kind tip of problem but what hapenned to me was that i catched a rare 5 fusion core and in the end of that game i went to do do some fusions and the mode was gone that is one thing that is to be reported to the devs to they to fix
