Kyrkitao Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 At the moment and in other moments where the servers are inaccessible the error message leads players to believe their login information is incorrect (either because it was typed incorrectly or unexpectedly changed). The Launcher wouldn't let you as the server would be down, though safe to say I do agree with a different error message. However. It's not always the "Check your info" error message. Artaban Posted May 17, 2013 Share Posted May 17, 2013 1. Error messages for passphrases are generally ambiguous so that anyone brute forcing it wouldn't be guided in the deduction of the error. 2.
