Not Receiving Mission Rewards Or Half Of The Loot Drops

So, I just ran two missions on Earth for the Limbo parts, and all we got were a bunch of credit caches. Except, none of the credit caches were applied to my character. My current credit count sits at about 11k, before this second run, it was at 6k. The total of the first run was more than 6k by itself, I'm not even going to look at the second. Point is, I'm not getting any of it, half of my pick ups aren't applying, like resources and mods, and I'm already sick of this. Please fix.

I've noticed the same thing after survival missions in the void. It will say like 60 fusion cores in the mission progress, then when you get back to the ship the count drops in half.

Well, mission rewards and what happens in my inventory never match up. In fact, some how, my money count went down after mission. Someone needs to explain that one to me. Also, a good number of my mod pick ups never show up in the mission rewards at all, nor do I get the in game notification of it.

I've noticed a similar problem in defense rewards or survival rewards it says you get rare 5 fusion (5 blue dots) but in the rewards screen it only gives you rare fusion cores with 0 blue dots.
