It's probably turning a lot of people off; I myself had to strain my eyes to even acknowledge it's existence. Also, try to include information like: Dojo Status (what is researched so far?), Member Count, Time Zone, etc. People wont join your clan without information, and they probably won't click on a shady link to get it.
