Xp Lock

So after playing the game for nearly 5 months and having most of the stuff at level 30, i decided to reset to keep things fresh. one thing I noticed, which i also found rather strange, was the XP lock on only certain items, while the majority of the things did not have such a lock.

my suggestion for this is simple- either implement an xp lock system for all the items you add, or take it away outright. the half'n'half is really strange, unless there is an explanation for this that i missed somewhere on the forums?
