iMatsu
I was soloing with a Mag I've just built through Terminus on Mercury, going about business as usual until a lockdown initiated. Habit kicked in and I ran up to the nearest panel to begin hacking. Before I could finish hacking, POW, grineer sawman comes up behind me and kills me in no time. No problem, I've got 4 revives today, right? Wrong. Upon death, I was greeted with Mission Failure, and the mission was ended. Um, is this supposed to happen, to kick me out and give me no opportunity to revive? Or is this just a Solo-only thing that I haven't heard of yet? It shocked me when it happened, which makes me wonder what should be addressed first, the fact that I can't use revives whatever in that scenario, or that being able to stop hacking to combat enemies you didn't notice were still running around OR just spawned. Just a thought...
Feldgrep
It is possible for an enemy to do so much damage in one attack, that they instantly kill you past revive in multiplayer, and you have to use a revive, but I've. Ver heard of this before

iMatsu
Heheh, the one-shot did surprise me, but it's nothing I've never seen before. However the sudden Mission Failure, despite having 4 from the daily 4 revive thing? Now THAT'S a travesty.
HailCreation
There was a mission I was running the other day and something similar happened, co-op though. I had at least 2 revives left (even used later in the day) and wasn't able to revive myself after the timer had expired.
