Kashaar Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 I don't know if this is actually something that's broken, or merely something that requires manual human attention, but anyway: I upgraded my Founders level about 60 hours ago, but my forum account is still showing me as Hunter instead of Master. Which means I also can't see or access the design council forum, which is after all (along with the design council chat) one of the main draws of higher level Founders packages. I understand if this is something that needs manual admin attention, but maybe other people might get turned off by it... Is there a way for you guys to automate that? Or at least maybe send the user an email saying that it might take ~24h until their forum status is upgraded? I think that would be nice. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is no Design Council Forum, the Council is an in-game chat :( we're triying to bring the Council to forums too... hehe, and you are Master for me here.
