Game Crashes Happens Often After The New Patch

hey players

 

i think the title made it pretty clear, after i downloaded the brand new launcher this morning, the game crashes often. my game has never crashed before, any ideas??

Seems like something's happened to the optimization as well, where before my machine could handle this game on ultra on Kappa at 60 fps without breaking a sweat, it dropped for me down to roughly 20 fps and started chugging under the exact same circumstances.

Easy fiix is to go into the little settings menu from the launcher and click "Clear Download Cache." That'll force the game to redownload everything and repatch itself. Useful and not too time consuming. I've had to do it a few times myself, it's nbd.
