Invisibility Characters Cooldown Counter

overlapping the skill when ash or loki for example are invisible can we get a cooldown counter on top of the 1234 skill icons?  id like to know exactly to the second how long i can go crazy on enemies before i should back out some.

 

any type of indication would do if thats too difficult.

 

actually an ability cooldown counter  for any ability that has an effect that cant be reactivated until the effect ends would be appreciated.

yeah lot of frames need this just stick it under the frame stat box and done.
