[Suggestion] Tag Mods As Favorites To Force Them To Front Of List

This is a pretty simple one, it's be a great quality of life change if we could tag certain mods to have them show up first when you open the mod menu for a frame or weapon. I always have to scroll through a bunch of pages to find the same mods every time I switch up a frame. Go grab my Rush mod, then my Redirection, my Vitality, etc.

This is especially true when I pick up dozens of copies of a frames first abilitty, or Blunderbuss and Ammo Drums, before I get to even the first mods I want to use. I could sell them for money I don't need, but I'd rather be able to keep the extras as fusion fodder.
