So it dawned on me today, why not scale the requirements needed for a clan via the number of members it has? This will almost force clans to be small, which when trading comes and is clan based, it will help contain trading to small levels rather than everyone joining the same clan, and basicly make trading game wide, as the current requirements for creating a simple hallway for a clan is decently rediculous. By making the material requirements scale with the number of members, it will allow a clan to grow, if the members are able to contribute time and effort to construct it so.
