My Clan Died Without Darksector

I guess I was lucky, or perhaps because I had no interest in owning a rail. I found Dark Sector Conflicts to be fun, worst thing ever happened to me was the money ran out.

 

I deal with actual politics and corruption outside of games so in a video game it's quite petty to me. You rule an imaginary node in a game through exploit mechanics, bravo, if the movie "Pixels" ever happens we'll call you.

 

You win some, you lose some, but I had fun. Sometimes you get gammacore'd to death. Or Loki struck. Then you come right back and blast away on that OP player that just wrecked you 3-4 times in a row and feel good like you overcame something. "Balanced", not too powerful by mandate conflicts are like sports to me, uninteresting. I'd rather be beat to death than to a whimper as the latter seems so inglorious.

 

My main hope is that when DS:C's return we'll still be able to use the full energy and rigs we've been building this whole time and not the weird laser tag level alt weapons in PVP 2.0
