Coren024 Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 (edited) Up on Kickstarter right now is a turn-based tactical RPG that looks like it has a lot of potential if it gets funded. http://kck.st/1V5XCXv It looks like you will be able to customize not only your party configuration, but also the skills that each character brings into the fight. You select a number of skills from the characters skill trees (yes, each class has 3 different skill trees that they can progress along) as well as having additional skills from their equipped weapon. Some of the skills also have synergies with other skills that the same or other classes might have. While I have a feeling that I could probably make a super long post about this game, I think that the kickstarter page will give the information much better. Even though the number of backers is low this late in the campaign, it is due to a lack of publicity. I know this style of game isn't for everyone, but this looks like a good reboot to it's genre.
