I'm from Argentina and I wanted to tell a little bit about my Warframe experience so far; Oh, I'm a noob so it wont take too much... As I said before, I'm Argentinian, so as some of you may know, we have some issues here about the economy and the US dollar exchange rate. So its kind of expensive for us to get the latest ps4 games. Given this situation I (we) have to do some serious research, read lots of reviews, get to know some of pros and cons of a game before actually buy the game all of these trying not to spoil the whole story or the structure of said game(s). As you can imagine, preorders are almost tactical and critical decision for me at least. ($100+ for a preorder is nearly 1/5 of my salary) So, in this context I had to buy some digital copies (secondary account) of "must have" games given that the price is considerably lower. Anyway, the latest updates for PS4 systems required re-validation of licences which I had not, so no more games for me, and all the money went down the drain. This, lead me to search for, and experiment with free to play games in the PS store and ultimately to... WARFRAME. I dont know what to say, it seemed at least odd when I saw the size of the full game (nearly 20gb! WHAAAT?!) I was skeptical... But I was wrong... I was immediately immersed in this sci-fi story, the physical aspects of the game and the whole gaming experience! (Thankfully i did some research before spending my 50 platinum in a color pallette or a syddana) and bought warframe slots. That made me discover the community, and forums, and wikia, and everything else, but I'm still a noob, so many warframes, weapons, Mods! Oh god, the mod universe is overwhelming and exciting, archwings! Components, parts, blueprints, warframe abilities, syndicates, the void... The universe of this game is so vast that i wonder when will i start to not feel a noob...(when did you?) So this is my warframe experience so far, i wanted to share it here since everyone seems so nice and respectful. I would also like to know which is the main source (forum, web, YT channel) beside this one to get accurate info, tips or general discussion about this awesome adventure...
