[Bug] Volt's Electric Shield - Disables All Mods And Accuracy.

I only use two volt skills; Speed and Overload. But I found that when shooting behind an electric shield, the bullet passing through has no fire, or ice damage - and sometimes even electrical damage. The accuracy is as well nurfed horrifically as if the shield doesn't ADD additional electrical damage % to your bullets, but instead, creates a whole new value of the bullets popping out of the shield.

Here is what it does behind the shield after 4 shots which normally takes 1-2 shots.

No electrical, no fire, no ice - and probably has none of the other mods either.

Now I don't know if this was intended by D.E. but this is what it does.

See for yourself, play a solo round for a 2 minutes using volt.

I can confirm seeing damage numbers being greatly reduced when shooting through the shield.
