Extremely Slow Update/download Speed?

I have been running into this problem ever since I started playing warframe (a month ago) - the warframe client download speed is consistently lower than my other average downloads.

 

Examples for comparison:

 

Downloading regular files (music, movies...etc): 70-120 KB/s

 

Downloading update for Diablo 3: 300-500 KB/s

 

Downloading update for Guild Wars 2: 200-300 KB/s

 

Downloading update for Warframe: 10-30 KB/s

 

And today's update: all time low: 0.5 - 30 KB/s, fluctuating mostly between 1-10 KB/s

 

My internet is relatively stable, I have not changed any firewall settings, I am not download/uploading/running anything else with my internet. I am not capped by my ISP either, tested downloading some other files and the speed was fine.

 

At this moment it's estimated that it will take 4 hours to finish updating the "hotfix"

 

Anyone can help me here?
